Quality and development
Commitment to quality
At Teczone, quality forms part of the approach through which we carry out our activities. This approach is integrated into our internal processes and into the organisation’s decision‑making system.
Our Integrated Management System is certified in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety management). These certifications provide a framework for process management, risk identification and continuous improvement in the respective areas.
In addition, the internal management systems related to environmental management, safety and compliance management are externally certified and form part of Teczone’s management model, oriented towards the ongoing review and progressive improvement of its practices.

Control in the production process
Our quality approach is integrated across the different stages of the production process. We use certified quality steel sheet supplied by European steel industry providers, in accordance with applicable technical requirements. Raw materials are subject to specific incoming controls in order to verify compliance with the relevant technical and regulatory specifications.
As part of our internal control system, we monitor production processes through defined controls aimed at identifying potential deviations and maintaining the consistency of the performance of manufactured products.
Quality controls are also applied to finished products. In the case of sandwich panels, structural tests, density verification, thermal conductivity and dimensional stability checks, among other parameters, are carried out. For other systems, aspects such as dimensions, geometry, punching or perforation are controlled in accordance with the tolerances established by current regulations.
The main performance characteristics of the systems, including aspects such as fire performance, acoustic insulation and thermal insulation, have been evaluated through tests carried out in accredited laboratories, such as Labein‑Tecnalia.
Commitment to regulatory compliance and transparency
At Teczone, we carry out our activities taking into account criteria related to regulatory compliance, transparency and business ethics at the different stages of our work. We conduct tests on the fire performance and mechanical performance of our products, with the objective of obtaining verified technical information on their performance under representative conditions of use.
Our approach is intended to ensure that the technical and commercial information we provide is accurate, verifiable and up to date, in order to enable an appropriate assessment of our products by customers and other interested parties.
This approach is structured around three main areas:
– Business ethics and legal compliance: at Teczone, we promote an organisational culture based on principles of integrity, responsible conduct and respect for applicable regulations. Our Code of Conduct sets out the principles governing commercial relationships and the professional conduct of the people within the organisation.
– Product Quality and compliance: we operate an internal compliance management system designed to verify that our products meet the technical, legal and regulatory requirements of the markets in which we operate. This system includes internal audits and defined quality controls as part of the management processes.
– Traceability and digital information management: The use of digital tools enables the management of product traceability throughout their lifecycle, from manufacturing to delivery, including information related to certifications, technical characteristics and compliance documentation.
These practices form part of Teczone’s management model and are integrated into the development of the solutions we provide, supported by technical evidence and defined principles of conduct.
For further information on our principles of business ethics and compliance management, the relevant corporate documentation can be consulted, where the criteria governing our commercial relationships and way of operating are set out.
