The range TZ HYDROPROFILE is the ideal solution for the construction of drywall partitions, wall cladding and false ceilings in areas with high humidity.
Wide range of profiles with excellent performance aganinst corrosion, offering an optimal solution for areas with high humidity
Supporting profiles made of highthickness hot-dip galvanised DX51 steel grade, according to the highest quality standards of Kingspan and in accordance with the applicable standards.
Versatile range compatible with any system and type of gypsum board on the market, and with EI fire certificates, accredited through tests.

Fields of Application
Hot dip gavanized coating Z275 (275g/m2)
Areas with high humidity and frequently exposed to water or vapour, such as bathrooms in homes, hotels, hospitals, geriatric residences, etc.
Rooms with a continuous presence of water, such as collective showers, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, kitchens, laundries, etc.
Hot dip gavanized coating Z450 (450g/m2)
Semi-outdoor areas in buildings: suspended and ventilated facades, eaves, etc. (Depending on applicable surcharges, a thickness of 0.7 mm or higher is recommended).
Areas with humid environments and low ceilings, such as swimming pools, aquatic centres, and similar facilities.
Outdoor areas in residential, educational, commercial or industrial buildings located near the sea.
25 μm polyester pre-coating / 7 μm back coat on Z100 or higher galvanized steel.
Indoor aquatic facilities with high ceilings, such as pools and aquatic sports centres.
Ventilation or heating rooms with potential condensation or high ambient humidity.
Public buildings with air conditioning and HVAC installations.
