STEEL CLADDING
TECZONE has an extensive range of TZ profiled steel plating for cladding systems, with a rib height of between 16 and 60 mm and many options in terms of coatings, punching, surface finishes and colours. The system is completed with all the necessary elements for executing functional, economic enclosures with high architectural value.
INSULATING PANELS
For projects that require high degree of heat insulation, TECZONE recommends using TZ sandwich panels range with polyurethane insulating core, which offers high thermal insulation and minimum panel thickness, resulting in thermally-efficient facades and roofs with an incomparable aesthetic finish.
CURVED CLADDINGS
The TECZONE range of curved profiles for metal enclosures provides the opportunity for architects, designers and installers to design metal roofs and façades that are architectonically creative and aesthetic. All finishes can also be manufactured curved for the execution of integral enclosures.
STEEL PURLINS
The TECZONE C, Z and U industrial purlins are the ideal solution for use as structures to support roof and facade enclosures. With core heights of up to 350 mm, thicknesses of up to 3 mm and lengths of up to 18 m, the cross-section of the belts and punches for joints can be customised, in accordance with the specifications of each project.
NATURAL LIGHTING
The TZ natural lighting systems, the translucent plaque range as well as the curved or straight skylights, are designed to form part of any enclosure type. They are long-lasting and allow up to 89% of natural light to pass through. The system includes all accessories required for complete execution.
FINISHES AND AERATORS

COMPOSITE CONCRETE-STEEL SLAB TZ-60 F
The TZ-60 F steel plating for composite concrete-steel decking slabs has high structural performance, crossing spans between supports of up to 5 m and with edge depths of only 20 cm and high fire resistance of up to 120 minutes (R120). The TZ-60 F ribbed panel can also be employed as non-recoverable formwork, reducing the amount of required shoring because of its structural efficiency.
