    Description
    High quality TZ Omega range, manufactured using cold-profiling using steel sheet with certified galvanisation.
    Wide, versatile range with heights up to 60 mm, width to 40 mm, lips up to 20 mm and thicknesses to 1.5 mm.

    Applications
    Vertical elements in PYL partitioning systems that require a very wide chamber for installations or insulation.

    Load-bearing structure for partitioned façades and enclosure rehabilitation.
    Load-bearing structure of roof trusses and latticework for lightweight roofs on frames.

    Applicable quality & standards
    CEProfile manufactured and certificated according to UNE-EN 1090 (steel profiles for structural use).
    Manufacturing certificate type 2.1 and certificate of raw material origin.
    Steel grade S220GD (to UNE-EN 10346 standard).
    Galvanised type Z275 (275 g/m2).

    • Standard lenght: 6,000 mm.
    • Steel grade:  Structural steel S220GD (according to UNE-EN 10346).
    • Galvanisation:  Hot type Z275 galvanisation (275 g/m2)..
    • Installation pass in partitioning or suspended roofs:  The TZ master omegas up to 60-mm high allow voluminous installations to pass inside the partitioning or suspended ceilings.
    • Durability:  Z275 galvanisation provides high corrosion resistance, thus guaranteeing high durability for outside use of the profile (façade structures, solar installation supports etc).
